Edwin and his wife Elizabeth are the proud owners of two LaserStar laser welders and a laser marking system.
Since the original purchase of his LaserStar laser welder, he is able to finish his jewelry repair jobs 30% faster than he could before, and the quality of the work continues to meet Edwin’s high standards. “I am able to make repairs without removing or harming precious gems,” says Edwin. A process that would require the extra steps to remove a diamond or gem is not necessary when using a laser welding system. Edwin bought his first laser welder and was so satisfied with it, a month later he bought another. Edwin and his wife Elizabeth recently came to the LaserStar RI Office for their Laser Marking Training session with Senior Applications Engineer, Todd Deslauriers. Edwin had previously completed his laser welding training in the Florida office with Giles Pope, Director of Education. Edwin found the training sessions to be very beneficial. He knew what the machine was capable of, but the training sessions helped him “grasp the concepts and techniques” to get the results. Edwin expresses his gratitude, “Todd and Giles were great!”
