We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Marketing Department for a 3-month summer internship focused on content creation for social media. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Support social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to boost audience interaction.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall branding strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience with social media applications like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Strong creativity and ability to create engaging digital content (text, image, and video).
- Experience with video editing apps or software.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education
Must be at least a sophomore with a declared major relevant to the role and business needs of LaserStar Technologies.
Physical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
