LaserStar Technologies’ Technical Support team is dedicated first and foremost to providing best in class customer support and service to meet the needs of our clients. This will be achieved by continuous communication and transparency both internally and externally between management, employees, customers and potential customers, as well as ongoing improvement of processes, training, systems and technology. Our support staff offers bi-lingual assistance in English and Spanish.
Highly-trained LaserStar Technicians are available by phone, email, virtual video assistance (Teams or Zoom) or in person and can assist you in troubleshooting, repairing and/or maintaining your LaserStar laser system.
