As a general announcement, LaserStar Technologies Corporation has dissolved our relationship with Cascade Star International LLC (aka. Cascade Star, Cascade Star India, Alpha Supply) effective September 29, 2023.  Cascade Star is no longer an Authorized Distributor of LaserStar Jewelry Products and is prohibited from the promotion, sales, service and troubleshooting of all of LaserStar’s machinery, products, software, Genuine LaserStar spare parts and consumable parts.

We thank Cascade Star for their many years of cooperation.

All companies that have purchased any of LaserStar’s machinery or equipment from Cascade Star are welcome and encouraged to contact LaserStar worldwide service and support department directly.  Please reference the below contact information.
